A dash means that plan is capped below that size. The last column is whichever plan we would recommend at that size, divided by pupils and by twelve — so it steps up when the recommendation does. Within any one plan the per-pupil rate only ever falls.

Taking fees online

2% of each online payment plus 18% GST on that charge — passed through at what the gateway charges us, itemised monthly, and traceable to individual receipts. Cash and cheque cost nothing. On the Institution plan there is no charge at all.

It is never deducted from your ledger. A receipt always says what the family paid.

Your pupil count is fixed for the year

We count once, on a named date, and hold it for twelve months. Admitting a pupil in September does not change your bill. Growth is picked up at renewal, which is also the conversation where you would want it.

If you outgrow your plan

You get thirty days' grace, during which admissions carry on working normally. After that, new admissions pause until you move up — and nothing else does. Everything you have put in stays readable, editable and exportable.

Leaving

Export everything as spreadsheets, whenever you like, on every plan including the free one. Your records are yours. A product that has to trap you is a product that knows it is not worth staying for.
